Common Questions

Are surveys required?

Surveys are optional. You can run campaigns without any survey questions.

Can I change surveys mid-campaign?

Yes, but be aware:

  • New questions only apply to new orders
  • Historical data won't include new questions
  • Removing questions stops collecting that data

Can I make all questions optional?

Yes. Use the "Required" toggle to control whether customers must answer.

How do I export survey data?

Survey responses are included when you export order data from your campaign.

Can I skip surveys for returning customers?

No, surveys appear for every order. Consider keeping them short.

  • Campaigns — Assign surveys to campaigns
  • Orders — View order data including survey responses
